Returns and Refund policy would be accepted for just Bone Straight Bundles Only. Click Here to view Terms and Conditions of purchase of other units (hairs that are not bone straight or bone straight wigs) that was purchased.


 1 Refunds will be termed ineffective (we will not process your return) if :


A) The hair in question has been tampered in any way by:

i. Wigging : If the hair has been wigged by the Customer, Refund will be terminated. If Wigging was done by us, We would be available to recede and resolve any complaints on the product.


ii. Coloring : If the unit has been colored, refund is deemed ineffective.


iii. Scattering of hair , Cutting the original tag/band/packaging or Weft of the hair.


B)

If Return form has not been applied for 24hrs after Receiving the purchased unit.

Please Note that we can access this information by tracking your package and checking time stamp of when package was received by customer.


C)

If Customer has made defamation claims/posted content defaming our brand’s reputation before applying for a refund. If you do not like your bone straight product, simply apply for a return & refund.


 1 Other Terms Include:


i.) We can only receive return Items via GIG PRE Drop off code which we will create and send to customers. Please note that if the hairs are sent by any other means,we will not be responsible for any losses encountered and also be unable to receive the unit. Kindly adhere to given instructions.


ii.) Customer is to finance/pay delivery charge for returning the product to us.


iii.) In a case where the product returned is not approved for refund, due to not meeting with any refund terms,Customer will be contacted and we would duly explain reasons why refund cannot be processed. Customer would also fund the cost of returning the package to them.


 1 Breakdown of Return Process


i.) Once you apply for return, we will contact you via phone/whatsapp

ii.) If issue has been resolved, complaint case will be closed, if issue was not resolved:

iii.) We will generate a PRE code for drop off after 7 working days


 1 When package arrives, we will receive and review the state of the bone straight bundles sent to us and confirm that

i.) It’s in good state

ii.) It’s our product

This will take 72 hours


 1 After we review it and product is in good condition for refund , we will initiate refund within 24-48 hours.

In the case where the product was not returned in good condition, we will contact customer explaining the reasons for dispatch of package.
