•If it was purchased as bundles and closure or bundles and frontals
•If there’s a mix up with your order from our end.
Also Note that you can exchange for
•The same hair on promo and at same promo price as long as it is available
•A regular(non-promo) hair, as long as it’s available and not priced below your original purchase price.
•Exchange must be initiated within 48hours of receiving your order, once it’s past 48hours from your receiving time the order will no more be eligible for exchange.
•Customer will bear the cost of return and delivery fees during the exchange except if the mix up is from Rainbow hairs.
