NOTE: The delivery fee does not include custom clearance fees, which may vary according to local policies.

How it works:
Once your payment is made, Rainbow Hairs and accessories will confirm the payment and notify you via e-mail, whatsapp or SMS when your order has been shipped. Please allow 1-2 working days after payment for your order to be shipped from us.
Orders placed in Nigeria will be shipped in 24 hours via DHL/GIG after payment is successful. The tracking number will be provided to you in 48 hours. Delivery charges apply.
Orders placed in other countries will be shipped in 24 hours via DHL/Fedex after payment is successful. The tracking number will be provided to you in 48 hours. Delivery fee may start from ₦25,000.

Promo Shipping Policy

During promotional campaigns, order volumes significantly increase. As a result, delivery timelines may extend beyond our standard estimated delivery dates.

We kindly advise all customers to only place promo orders if they are not in a hurry to receive their items. While we are committed to fulfilling all orders as quickly as possible, processing and dispatch may take longer due to the high demand.

By placing an order during a promo period, you acknowledge and accept this extended fulfillment timeline.

If you require urgent delivery, we recommend shopping outside of promo periods when standard delivery timelines apply.
