DISCLAIMERS

Texture Disclaimer
1. Please note that no two hairs texture are the same. Hairs from different origin, hairs of different curls pattern, hairs of different types (single drawn, double drawn, super double drawn) even hairs produced in different factories , all have different textures.
2. Some hairs have soft textures, coarse, more shiny, silky. But be rest assured that any hair you get from us despite the texture will last very well. It is very important that you have understanding of this to avoid comparing your new hair to other hairs purchased from us or other people.

Wavy and Bouncy Hairs Disclaimer
1. All bouncy hairs are produced from the factory, they are man made, and the curls on bouncy hairs will eventually drop and needs restyling.
2. The time frame at which the curls will last, all depends on the curl pattern/curl size of the bounce. If the curls on the bouncy hair is big, the bounce will fall faster, if the curls on the bouncy hair is small, the bounce will last more. It is very important that you have an understanding of this before purchase.
3. Note that wavy and bouncy hairs are always delivered styled, we do not deliver unsettled hairs, but you might still need to recurl or touch up the bounce/waves or recurl your hair when you receive.
This is very unlikely but it happens due to these factors:
i. Hair texture: Hairs with silk/soft texture does not hold bounce for as long as hairs with more coarse texture and less shiny.
ii. Transit time: Once transit time is more than 2-3 days, hairs might get scattered on transit. Hairs kept away for too long after receiving will most likely need to be re curled.
iii. Bounce/curl size: If the curls on the bouncy hair is big, the bounce will fall faster, if the curls on the bouncy hair is small, the bounce will last more.
iv. Humidity: Bouncy/wavy hair does not like water/ humid area. One a bouncy hair is kept in a humid damp area or water touches it, the bounce will fall and will need to be re curled. Humidity also occurs due to transit time, if the hair is packaged in an airtight nylon for too long. It is very important to take note of this before purchase, so that Incase this happens, you won’tbe caught unawares.

Color Disclaimer
Note that hair color will appear differently when video recorded and compared under naturallight, sun light, ring light. This is very common in brown, burgundy , gold and blonde hairs, it is very important to take note of this before purchase.

Gram Disclaimer
1. Please note that all our 200g bundles usually weigh more than 200g (200g-240g) and all our 300g also weighs more than 300g (300g-330g)
2. Make sure to read hair description of each unit to see the details before purchase, because some factory wigs comes light weight (150g-190g) but has very good density.

Closure and Frontal Disclaimer
Please note that there might be fly aways on your closure or frontal
Fly aways are individual strands of hair that stand up instead of staying in line with the rest ofyour hair, and they typically occur due to broken or new baby hairs. You can tame your flyaways using:
1. Wax stick + hot comb: Keep in mind to apply hair wax or hair spray on your wig/closure flyaways to flatten your hair, and then press down/smoothen the hair with a hot comb.
2. Got2be spray(any holding spray + rat tail com: Spray proper hairspray on your comb and brush your flyaway hairs to make them smooth, you can also touch up with little wax stick andhot comb to make it smoother.

Factory Wig Disclaimer
1. Make sure to read hair description of each unit to see the details before purchase, because some factory wigs comes light weight (150g-190g) but has very good density.
2. It is very important to note that factory wig (wigs made by the factory before shipping) are not measured the way you measure bundles that are wigged by us. Factory wigs are made up of the hair length and finished length. Here is a picture of how factory wig should be measured.

Bob Wig Disclaimer
Bob wig may bend or flip during shipping and will have to be straightened back. It is very important to purchase a mannequin to keep the hair in shape.

Shedding Disclaimer
Please note that minimal shedding is normal and may occur, especially during the initial stages of use or after washing and styling. While we take great care to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and durability, shedding cannot be entirely eliminated, because even our natural hair sheds. Please take note of this before purchase.

Styling Disclaimer
We deliver all hairs styled, but please note that the styling on hairs delivered to customers are basic styling. Hairs modelled and posted on our page, go through heavy styling process, such as trimming, layering and some further heavy styling. If you need your hairs styled as advertised, kindly let us know. Please take note before purchasing.

OUR STAND ON DEFAMATION AND CYBERBULLYING
At Rainbow Hairs, we take pride in offering strictly 100% human hair, with customer-friendly policies in place to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not pleased with your order, our customer care team is always available to receive your honest feedback and promptly assist you.
We kindly request that if you encounter any issue with your order, you reach out to us directly and allow us a minimum of three (3) working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to respond and start resolving it fairly and professionally.
However, choosing to take your complaints straight to social media without first giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue is considered defamatory and may be treated as cyberbullying.
We see this as an act of bad faith and malicious intent, especially when the goal appears to be more about dragging our brand rather than seeking resolution.
