Payment on Delivery POD Policy

● Delivery Fee Requirement:
The delivery fee must be paid in advance as a sign of commitment before any product is dispatched. Please note that once this fee is paid, it is not refundable. Orders without confirmed delivery payment will not be processed.


● Delivery time frame
All POD orders will need processing time of 2 days max before orders are sent out. Delivery within lagos takes 3-5 days and delivery outside Lagos takes 4-7days.
Please ensure you are available to receive your order, or have someone available to receive it on your behalf. If you plan to travel within one week of placing your order, kindly complete your trip before placing the order, or note that the delivery fee will be forfeited.


● Product Information & Description:
All POD product descriptions, specifications, and details will be clearly stated for each item.
Customers are strongly advised to read through all information carefully before placing an order. Once an order is placed, it will be assumed that you fully understand and agree to the product details provided.


● No Customization on POD Products
No form of customization (including trimming, coloring, wigging, styling, etc.) will be done on POD products. If you insist on customization for your unit, full payment for the product and service must be made upfront before any customization work begins.


● No Returns – Exchange Only
We do not offer refunds on POD products. Exchanges are permitted only under the following conditions:
i. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
ii. Exchanges can only be made for products within the same price range or higher (with the price difference paid in full).
iii. No Pay on Delivery option will be available for exchanged items, full delivery costs and any price difference must be paid before dispatch.


● Purchase Limit
Under our Payment on Delivery (POD) service, customers may only purchase a maximum of two hairs per order. Customers who wish to order more than two items, separate deliveries will be arranged for every two items and each delivery will incur its own delivery fee.
